Refund Policy

1. All Sales Final

All sales of research and professional-use products through Revion Caps are final. The Company does not accept returns of opened, used, or partially used product, and does not accept returns based on change of mind, change of research direction, or change of personnel.

2. Limited Exceptions

The Company will issue a refund or replacement, at the Company's option, in the following limited cases:

(a) Non-delivery

If the carrier confirms that an order has been lost in transit and the order is not delivered within twenty-one (21) days of the shipping confirmation, the Company will issue a replacement shipment or, at the customer's election, a refund of the amount charged.

(b) Damage in transit

If product is received with visible damage that compromises usability, the customer must notify the Company within seven (7) days of delivery with photographic evidence of the damage and the outer packaging. The Company will issue a replacement shipment or, at the customer's election, a refund of the amount charged.

(c) Material specification failure

If product is received with a verified Certificate of Analysis (CoA) failure or material specification non-conformance, the Company will issue a replacement or, at the customer's election, a refund of the amount charged, in each case upon receipt of supporting documentation.

3. Process

All refund and replacement requests must be submitted by reply to the order confirmation email or by contacting support@revioncaps.com. The Company will acknowledge the request within two (2) business days and resolve the request within ten (10) business days.

4. Refund Method

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. The Company does not issue cash or check refunds. Refunds appear under the REVIONCAPS descriptor.

5. Chargebacks

Customers who have a billing or order question are urged to contact Revion Caps directly at support@revioncaps.com before initiating a chargeback with their card issuer. The Company maintains a contemporaneous evidentiary file of each transaction and will respond to disputes with that evidence.
