1. Scope

This Privacy Policy describes how Stein Consultants LLC d/b/a Revion Caps (the "Company") collects, uses, and discloses information in connection with the Revion Caps Platform.

2. Information Collected

  • Registration information: name, title, organization, professional email, phone, and credential identifiers (NPI, ORCID, EIN, state of formation, authorized representative).
  • Verification metadata: registry lookup results and timestamps.
  • Order information: line items, shipping address, contact phone, payment last-4, billing descriptor, attestation acknowledgments with timestamp and IP.
  • Communications: support inquiries and customer-service correspondence.
  • Technical: IP address, user agent, and pages accessed, used to support compliance recordkeeping and platform security.

3. Use of Information

Information is used to: (a) verify eligibility under the verified-professional framework; (b) process orders, payment, and fulfillment; (c) provide customer service; (d) maintain a contemporaneous evidentiary file as required by card-network rules and applicable law; (e) prevent fraud and diversion; and (f) comply with legal obligations.

4. Sharing

The Company shares information only as necessary to operate the Platform: with the assigned fulfillment partner under a written Master Fulfillment and Supply Agreement (shipping address and order details only); with the payment processor and acquiring bank (transaction details for settlement and dispute handling); with regulators, card networks, and sponsor banks upon proper request; and with professional advisors under confidentiality obligations.

5. Retention

Records are retained for the longer of seven (7) years or any longer period required by applicable law.

6. Security

The Company applies administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access. Payment data is handled under PCI scope by the Company's payment processor; full card numbers are not retained on Company systems.

7. Your Choices

Approved account holders may review and correct their account information from the account dashboard, or by contacting the Company at support@revioncaps.com.

8. International

The Platform is operated from the United States. By using the Platform, you understand that your information will be processed in the United States.
