Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy governs the manner in which approved Revion Caps accounts may use the Platform and the products supplied through the Platform.

2. Research and Professional Use Only

The products are for research and professional use only. The products are not offered for human consumption, are not approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for human use, and shall not be administered to, used on, or consumed by any human being.

3. No Resale to Retail Consumers

You shall not resell, transfer, or distribute the products to any retail consumer, individual end-user, or for any human-consumption purpose. Permitted downstream activity is strictly limited to non-clinical, in vitro laboratory research conducted by qualified personnel within an institutional or professional research setting. The products shall not be administered to, used on, or consumed by any human or animal subject under any circumstance, including in any clinical, therapeutic, diagnostic, prophylactic, palliative, cosmetic, food, dietary supplement, or veterinary context.

4. Prohibited Conduct

  • Reselling, transferring, or distributing product to any unverified or retail-consumer recipient.
  • Submitting orders that include indicia of diversion, including references to dosing in milligrams per day, cycles, stacks, weight loss, bodybuilding, anti-aging, sexual performance, or comparable terms.
  • Submitting orders for quantities materially in excess of legitimate professional or research need.
  • Falsifying credentials, eligibility, or verification information during registration.
  • Using the Platform to compound, formulate, or package product for human or veterinary administration.
  • Using the Platform in violation of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, the Controlled Substances Act, or any other Applicable Law.

5. Compliance with Buyer-Side Frameworks

You acknowledge that your use of the products is subject to the regulatory frameworks applicable to you, including state medical-board oversight, institutional and IRB oversight, and corporate procurement controls. You accept responsibility for compliance with those frameworks.

6. Enforcement

The Company may suspend or terminate any account for actual or suspected violation of this Policy, and may decline or reverse any order presenting indicia of diversion or other violation.
